Champagne & Curated Dining: Our Lexus Regional Dinner

The Central Coast isn't just where we do business - it's our home and nothing brings us more joy than opening our doors to our local owners. Recently, we did exactly that, but with a refined twist. We transformed our very own Oil Café into an intimate, high-end dining destination for our Lexus Encore Members. The evening was anchored in the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi - the art of selfless hospitality. For us this means treating everyone as we would a guest in our own home. While we usually see our guests in the showroom or the service bay, this was a chance to connect on a personal level.

To ensure the evening met the highest standards, Lexus engaged the renowned team at Nama to lead the kitchen. Their chefs are masters of balance, and the menu they curated for our guests was a testament to that skill. Each course was a vibrant fusion of premium Australian produce and refined Japanese techniques, delivering a parade of flavours that were as visually stunning as they were delicious. It was a culinary journey that perfectly mirrored the Takumi craftsmanship found in every Lexus vehicle. 

No celebration of this calibre is complete without the perfect pour. We were honoured to be joined by Kyla Kirkpatrick, the globally celebrated Champagne Dame. Kyla took our guests on a sensory tour through the Great Houses of France, sharing the world's most famous bubbles. The theatrical highlight of the night was the ceremonial sabrage, where Kyla expertly opened a signature vintage with a sabre - a nod to Napoleonic tradition that captivated the room.
